Trado Restaurant Corp. has announced that all Tuolumne, Calaveras, and Mariposa Counties’ First Responders are eligible to receive a free General Admission ticket (1)  to the inaugural Unruly Country Brew N’ Que Festival being held on September 30th at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds in Sonora. This offer is open to firefighters, EMTs, police officers and sheriff’s deputies, Cal Fire, line men, and the U.S. Forest Service as a thank you for keeping our community safe! This General Admission ticket will grant viewing access to the bull riding competition, the main stage music performances, along with the free corn hole tournament and line dancing lessons.

To receive your Unruly Brew N’ Que entry ticket a valid first responder identification must be presented at the Trado corporate office at 55. W. Stockton St. in downtown Sonora between 9am and 4pm Monday through Friday. Tickets must be picked up no later than close of business September 22nd and are non-transferrable.

The Unruly 2017 Main Stage will be headlined by country star Luke Combs, in addition to American country music singer and songwriter Tucker Beathard, “The Bachelorette’s” Luke Pell, Chris Bandi, and Jackson Michelson.

Music is only a portion of the great entertainment found at the Unruly Country Brew N’ Que Festival! The one-day event is comprised of five total events:

· Music (Lots of It!) on the live music mainstage

· Tasty Food! A Kansas City Barbeque Society sanctioned professional barbecue competition

· Drinks! A craft beer and wine garden

· Bullriding! An open bull riding competition put on by Humpz N’ Hornz Buckin’ Bulls.

· Cornhole! A West Coast Cornhole competition, a pro-style tournament with a $2,500 purse!


In addition, there will be several other activities to participate in such as line dancing lessons hosted by Sacramento’s popular Stoney’s Rockin Rodeo, mechanical bull riding, free cornhole competition, and more. Local artists will also be performing throughout the day in the corn hole tournament area.


Tickets are still available! Purchase general admission tickets ($40) at or in person at The Bourbon Barrel, Funky Junk in downtown Sonora, The Outpost in Soulsbyville, and Live Oak Music in East Sonora. Day of Tickets will be $50 at the door. Tickets for children ages 6 to 15 are available for $20. Children 5 and under are free.

Event History

The Unruly Country Brew ‘N Que Festival marks the first event promoted by Trado Restaurant Corp., the parent company that oversees and manages the highly anticipated Sonora Armory complex. The Sonora Armory includes The Bourbon Barrel, a retail store, a newly renovated theater venue, and Green Dog Beer Company (open 2018). Upon completion of the beer garden and the new theater downtown, Trado will be holding events and concerts on a weekly basis, bringing a new sense of life to downtown Sonora. In addition, Trado will be producing larger events at off-site locations, such as the Mother Lode Fairgrounds.
